The spreadsheet that's supposed to track stock across branches is usually the first thing to fall out of date. Here's a different approach.
If you run more than one location, you've probably tried the shared-spreadsheet approach at some point — someone updates a stock count, someone else forgets to, and within a week the numbers don't mean much. It's not a discipline problem; it's that a spreadsheet has no idea a sale just happened at branch two.
Zoolk treats each branch as a first-class part of the same business, not a separate system you reconcile by hand. Every sale, purchase, and adjustment at a branch updates that branch's stock immediately, and it's visible from any other branch or from a central view the moment it syncs. There's no export-import step and no "as of last Tuesday" caveat.
Moving stock between branches is a recorded transfer, not an informal "I sent some over" conversation. You create the transfer, it leaves one branch's count and arrives in the other's, and there's a record of exactly what moved and when — useful when a count doesn't add up later and you need to trace it.
Staff accounts are scoped to what they need. A branch manager can see and manage their branch; roles like store owner or accountant see across all of them. You're not sharing one login between five people to work around the software's limitations.
None of this requires a head-office IT setup. It's the same app on every device, at every branch, keeping one consistent picture of the business instead of five separate ones that occasionally get compared.
