Refund Policy

Last updated September 18, 2026

This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for Zoolk POS. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. What you pay for

Zoolk subscriptions are charged from your Zoolk wallet. You add money to the wallet with mobile money through pawaPay, or by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal through Paddle. New accounts start with a free 30-day trial, so nothing is charged until the trial ends.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of any wallet top-up or subscription payment within 14 days of the payment. You don't need to give a reason.

3. After 14 days

After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled). We'll always correct a charge made in error.

4. Cancelling

You can stop your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email info@techminemw.com with your business name and the payment reference or receipt. For card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal payments, you can also use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle through paddle.net.

6. How you're refunded

Refunds go back to the payment method you used: card and wallet-app payments to the same card or account, and mobile money to the same phone number. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The refunded amount is removed from your Zoolk wallet.

7. Paddle

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles refunds for them in line with this policy.
